We understand that sometimes plans change. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation or booking, the following policy applies: 1. Cancellation more than 24 hours before the appointment: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, no cancellation fee will be charged. 2. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost will be applied. 3. No-shows: If you do not attend the scheduled appointment and fail to provide notice, a no call/no show fee of 25% of the total service cost will be applied.
